Born in Dôle France in 1959, Danielle Lequin received a license degree in visual arts at Saint-Charles Paris 1, part of the University Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris.
Her abstract painting, marked by sensitivity and a profound strength, constitutes the interpretation of a sense of being, of an instant, of a situation... Her work as a painter questions the equilibrium, the perception, the strangeness of our connection to the world, which all are implied in the fact of being alive.
"The more I explore my path, the more mystery I find in this path, in mine and in the paths of others. In the act of painting, I bring into account the doubts and frailties, as well as the surges of happiness and moments of hesitation felt by all of us. When I paint, I move in deep waters."
She exhibits in France and participates in numerous International Contemporary Art Fairs
